Black Ops is better. You have to be quick and have good hand eye coordination to be good. In Halo you have to pace shots and go side to side (strafe) a-lot. And the hit detection isn't good. It took me 13 headshots to kill a guy once (I have it on my fileshare as proof) and that's why I don't play Reach anymore.
