No. Hawaii has it's own time zone. We are two hours earlier than Pacific time and have no daylight savings. When time changes on the mainland to accomodate daylight savings Hawaii does not change time. Thus we are always either 2 or 3 hours earlier than California, depending on whether or not daylight savings is in effect elsewhere.
There is no difference since the Pacific time zone is on the west coast on the continental U.S. If you man the entire U.S., then in Hawaii it is 9am, Alaksa 10am, California 11am, Colorado, 12pm, Texas 1pm, and New York 2pm. From East toWest the time zones are Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, and Hawaii times.
As far as I know, there is no difference in age because both of those crusts were created by God at the same time. (Read Genesis 1 in your Bible for more information.)
