No. The book of Hebrews was not even attributed to Paul until later in the second century, and biblical scholars now recognise that Hebrews has really nothing in common with the works of Paul, and even differs markedly in style and theology. Only the most conservative Christians continue to believe that Hebrews was written by the Apostle Paul.
Apostle Pauls last book is the letter to the Hebrews.

Another answer from our community:The latest book traditionally known to be written by Paul is 2Timothy, written in 67AD before his martyrdom. However, Hebrews is internally-dated to have been written between 67-69AD . It is Pauline in character and if, as some believe, Paul wrote it but wouldn't identify himself to the readers, it would make Hebrews the last book of Paul's. (It was much earlier than Revelation written by John 94-96AD.)

The last letter written by the apostle Paul in the New Testament is 2 Timothy, where he encourages Timothy to continue preaching and teaching the word of God despite facing persecution and challenges. Paul also reflects on his own ministry and impending martyrdom.

AnswerAs far as practicable, the epistles attributed to St Paul were included in the New Testament in order of length, with the longest letter by Paul, Romans, first and the short letter to Philemon placed last. So, although Paul did not write that this would be his longest letter, its placement shows us that it is the longest epistle of Paul.
