Hinata did not die, she was unconscious from pain trying to kill her. Though Sakura awoken Hinata from being unconscious.

Cuz he never kissed Hinata. I am a major Naruto Nerd and trust me they never kiss so I don't know why you got that idea, but they do show when he beats Pain.
