Is ssc and igcse are same syllabus?

Not only that, Cambridge examiners are generous about marks while the Edexcel examiners enjoys cutting off marks. But, the problem is, most people fall sick giving the prolonged Cambridge exams. I mean, that's outrageous, a whole 1.5 months packed up with exams?
