The MBBS program of Jinggangshan University is recognised by Ministry of Education China. That is why this degree is listed in WHO and FAIMER. As per the rules of Medical Councils of India and Pakistan, the only condition imposed for their students is that they should study MBBS in the Universities whose degree is recognised for registration in China. As Jinggangshan University, China's MBBS is listed in WHO, Indian and Pakistan Students are eligible to appear in Screening test and then register in their countries as Doctor. The recent Delhi high court also said that MBBS in Jinggangshan University is eligible to appear in MCI Screening test and subsequently for registration with MCI.

The Medium of instruction of MBBS is not at all an issue with respect to Pakistan and India. A student can register their MBBS degree in India or in Pakistan if 1 ) their MBBS degree is recognised by WHO , and 2) on Passing the Screening test. The MBBS degree of Jinggangshan University is recognised by WHO. Hence students from India and Pakistan will be eligible to appear in Screening test .
