I got a letter from International Disbursements Payments Office from Netherlands just today and I can't imagine how i can ever won a $50,000,000.00 when I didn't even joined any lottery contest of some sort. The letter requires for my signature and email address...and if you look at the Rules and Regulations at the back, there mentioned something about a processsing fee. The letter does not bear any contact information of the sender which i can call to check.
There is no international lottery.
