Yes, they closed up shop and walked off with 2 weeks of my pay.. and retirement benifits.. so much for the union.
Using a good estimating is 150 pounds of reinforcing steel
$65,500
1.043 lbs/ft
It is measured the same way as the weight of reinforcing steel.
concrete, probably with steel reinforcing

You can reinforce steel by either decreasing the span length or increasing the stiffness of the steel. Reinforcing steel improves safety and design effectiveness and decreases deflection.

Thermo mechanical tempered Reinforcing bar or Structural steel
It's simply hardened steel that's been cast in long rods. It's used as reinforcing when pouring concrete to increase the strwength - especially in road construction or building foundations.
No, a pool using a salt water sanitization system will not cause premature corrosion of the steel reinforcing rods within the gunnite. The steel reinforcing rods are fully encased in gunnite and are not exposed to any water at all. The only way water could corrode the steel rods would be if the gunnite cracked allowing water to leak out and into the gunnite. Hope this helps ...
They are reinforced. :)
