Is Japan developing a time travel machine?

No. Time travel is impossible,at the time.We dont have that kind of technology.

Unless of course a random guy from the future came in a time machine to tell us how to make one so in our future we can send a random guy to tell our past selves how to make a time machine so then in their future they can tell their past selves... etc. I don know if you get that but it made perfect sense in my head at the time...
