yes he is if that bomb really hit him in under the red hood movie you would see blood but when the bomb went of smoke appeared but if you pause it you a little black piece of hair will show he jumped out the window and left batman looked but what he did not know was that Jason was on his side all along OK here is how i found it out all of the batman comics with Jason Todd have a weird thing in it there is only 8 comics here is how it went i,a,m,a,l,i,v,e it spells i am alive you see it if you feel the comics where the batcave is you fell a bump put the book up to a light and put a piece of paper on it scribble on the page and the letter shows i have all 8 so i found it so yes he is still alive.
