God had to use what was available on earth in order for His plan of salvation of man to work. It was man that brought sin into the world so it had to be man to take it out. So God took the seed of man "Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh" Romans 1:3, sanctified it "Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world" John 10:36, and fertilized it with Mary's egg "And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God." Luke 1:35. So Jesus was the Son of God in a human body, "Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith , Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me. " Hebrews 10:5.
