Christians believe him to have been a fully human person who by a living example of the humblest kind (borne in a stable and living as a carpenters son), showed humanity how to live a good life.

However, Christians also believe that Jesus was also God himself as was evidenced by his resurrection and ascension. Christians believe that there is only ONE God and that God is "Triune" or a "Trinity" the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, "one God in three Divine Persons".

Thus as Jesus is God he is above anything man made like Kings.

Another way of putting this (Lord of lords and King of kings) is simply that Our Blessed Lord is our Creator, our beginning and our end; in other words, He is God, no human lord or king would be such without His permission. We tend to forget that every single breath that everyone of us takes is only by His gracious permission, and the fact that He loves us so much, He holds us in existence even when we are sinning....
