I've been searching for this answer too! I have emailed the company and contacted several Publix supermarkets with no luck! I don't know what I'm going to do!
I've gotten a lot of Salsa from them wholesale throughout the years and they are definitely closed. I'm dying. Publix is confirmed to no longer sell it. I have not been able to reach the owner to find out if it's temporary for moving purposes or if it's permanent. I feel your pain.

I feel the pain too, I was ADDICTED to this salsa with Lime Tortilla Chips.
I know this may not help, but there was an article about him and the salsa way back and it listed the ingredients (kindof)... if you want to give it a go at making it. Here are 2 excepts from the article where he mentions the ingredients:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
He was whipping up a little salsa in the kitchen for himself and friends, combining fresh tomatoes, cilantro, fresh onion, fresh garlic, lemon juice, jalapeno peppers, salt, a little vinegar and sometimes habanero peppers for that extra heat.
He now buys 55 gallon-cans of unconcentrated lemon juice to which he also adds some citric acid - which is what makes the lemon juice sour - vitamin C, which helps stabilize the salsa, and little powder from the guar bean as a thickener.
