Yes. The internal heat inside Jupiter is estimated to be between 13,000 and 35,000 degrees, Celsius, making it the hottest planet on the inside.

On the other hand, the outside surface of Jupiter is at about -100 degrees, Celsius.

Compare that to Venus at about +462 degrees, Celsius, on the surface, making it the hottest planet on the outside in the Solar system.
