Kate Gosselin has been tweeting about a series of books she is working on, at least one of them is a cookbook.
At one point Zondervan mentioned plans for a cookbook with Kate Gosselin, however later they have stated that it is no longer under development.
So far there hasn't been any news of a new book since "I Just Want You to Know."
