Yes. Kingdom Hearts Coded is a game released only in Japan so far, since the English Dub and Translation have yet to be finished.
The game is basically about King Mickey, Donald, and Goofy going into the computer to research Jiminy's Journal, based on the message (*spoiler*) Jiminy left to remind them to "Thank Namine" for restoring their memories at the end of Chain Of Memories.
The ending takes place at the end of Kingdom Hearts II, where Sora, Riku, and Kairi receive a bottle message from the King, stating that (*spoiler*) They have to "reconnect" everything that ties to Sora's heart. This is a mention to Roxas, Namine, Axel, Xion, Terra, Aqua, and Ventus, who are all currently suffering in their own ways.
The King sends this message after he discovers from (*spoiler*) Data Namine who it is they must save, after Data Sora beats the final boss, Data Roxas. Then, you return back to Disney Castle, and the ending starts.
It is unknown when the game will be released, but it is rumored to be released around 2011, in the Spring or Summer, since Square and Disney have yet to finish, what with the release of Birth By Sleep recently.
Hope this helped!
