No. It can be if you consume too much of it . Because kool-aid contains a ingredient called glucose the human body contains gluclose you could get a bladder infection. :d

omg is it?!?!?!?!?!? maybe if you drink it all the time, everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner. only because it has so much sugar. it is better to make your own juice.
