Kosovo. Kosovo is its own country ! The capital of Kosovo is Phrishtina. Kosovo is not its own country. It has yet to have enough recognition. Only 75/195 members of the UN recognize Kosovo's sovereignty, and you need at least half, which would be 97 or 98.
United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo was created on 2008-02-16.
cyprus , kosovo if u consider kosovo as a country then u got 2 if u consider kosovo as a serbian country then your answer is cyprus
Kosovo declared independence from Serbia in 2008, however, it has yet to become a sovereign nation. Even if you declare independence, you are not necessarily a free country. You need to be a recognized nation by other countries in the world: at least half of the members in the United Nations. Kosovo is about 15 or so votes short of achieving sovereignty status. It is possible the country may soon be considered an independent nation, or it may never be.
