Although Kraft singles are marketed as cheese the truth is that the slices contain no real cheese. Some of the main ingredients used are milk, whey, milk protein concentrate, salt and vitamin D3. A full listing of the ingredients can be found on the Wikipedia website.
Kraft Mac and Cheese does not actually contain cheese. It contains cheese culture, but not finished cheese. It is mostly wheat flour.
Pepper Jack, 2nd fastest is cottage, than Kraft.
