No she doesn't even exist then she is born in Firestar's Quest. (see Epilogue)
But she was pregnant at the end of one book. That was the whole purpos of the We need to Talk Play. Leafpool was about to tell Crowfeather that he was going to be a daddy.
Sandstorm wasn't pregnant with Leafpool yet. Maybe Firestar and her were thinking about having kits but.... Leafpool was pregnant in Sunset. ( Brambleclaw noticed even slender Leafpool was growing quite plump)
