of course he is. Mario may need to lose a few pounds but yes. the theory to this is..... luigi does what is called a flutter kick plus Mario is older and if luigi was better than it would be called super luigi brothers. but its not called that it is Super Mario brothers.

and in supper smash brows bral for wii Mario's final smash is he shoots this big ball of fire out of his hands and goes "hee ya-a-a-a-a-a-" but in luigi's final smash the guy does this wierd dance and everyone gets all dissy and stuff.
