She isn't pregnant with her 20th child. She just had the 19th child (Josie Brooklyn) the 10th of December 2009 and the baby was 15 weeks early and still in NICU.

∙ 9y agoYes, She was due in April 2012, and lost the girl which they called Jubilee Shalom Duggar. They found out during an routine 19 week ultrasound. The baby was born December 11th 2011.If they named the child Jubilee Shalom Duggar and had her funeral on the show then why do they still call the show 19 kids and counting doesn't she count as one of there kids even though they lost her.
