She is a good role model because she is educated : she graduated from Harvard law school, and became a Lawyer.. As in she had a dream and didn't continue to dream about it, she got up and went for it. She's involved with community's, she's a Wonderful speaker..she shows leadership and confident traits.. She doesn't hide behind president Obama she has her Opinion towards things. She is Truly her own person, she's Wise there's numerous Quotes she has created since she's been First lady of the USA.. She's a real woman..that's why she's a Good role model.

Yes, First Lady Michelle Obama is a role model because she made the right decisions in her life, she graduated top of her class and went on to become a successful lawyer. She did not have any babies at a young age and out of wedlock. I think she is a strong role model for African American girls and mothers.
