Both airports have excellent public transportation to downtown Chicago.
Either one really. O'Hare has more flights, but Midway typically has lesser expensive flights. I live in the far North suburbs, so Midway is farther from me, but I will often use Midway because of lower fares. I also find that Midway is a bit cleaner and more organized than O'Hare. This is likely because of it's smaller size.
Both are equidistance. Midway is southwest of downtown Chicago, O'Hare northwest.
Southwest should be one of the carriers.
You should be able to take the L downtown on the Orange line from Midway and then change trains downtown at the Roosevelt stop. At the Roosevelt stop, board a Northbound Red Line train (the signs on the train will say "Howard") and ride the train to the Addison stop. Wrigley Field will be one block west of the Addison stop.
It looks like you should go to the newly renovated Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare!
There has always (last 30+ years) been a restaurant on the southwest corner of that intersection and, although the neighborhood has deteriorated over the decades, the significant traffic to and from Midway Airport and the bus terminal at the intersection should be positive factors in the decision.
Take the MARC train. It is around $6-7. There is a short shuttle from the airport to the amtrak station. You will arrive in downtown DC at Union Station where you can take the METRO.
The Greyhound bus station is downtown and the airport is in the suburbs. Taxi ride is about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic, and should cost around $25. USD.
The flight takes 1 hour and 45 minutes and you should take bus to Guilin downtown or Yangshuo from airport, 40 minutes and 2 hours respectively.

When using wifi an airport should be on.
It should cost between €25-30. I personally would recommend using the Madrid metro, though, it is much cheaper and can bring you into the downtown area for around 10-20% of the price.
Airport parking can be expensive and also hard to find. If you are travelling to Place Chicago Executive Airport the are new options you should know about. New companies are offering off site parking at lots close to the airport. You will be able to park there at a fraction of the cost you are now paying to park at the airport lot. You will park in this smaller more accessible lot and driven to airport in their van. You will also be picked up when you return home. This is a great way yo save cash, especially if you travel a lot and have had to spend a lot of money on parking fees. You will also enjoy the convenience of this new way of parking.
