Morocco does not recognize Israel. King Hassan II of Morocco had a relatively progressive position towards Israel for an Arab leader, but ultimately the events of the Second Intifada made Morocco believe that it could not establish diplomatic relations with Israel.
However, Moroccan foreign policy and leadership is often neutral on Israel. Although the Moroccan government clearly supports the Palestinian Cause, there is relatively less Israel demonization in Morocco than other Arab countries.

Well, both Morocco and Israel are on the same continent, so I suppose you could travel there by bus. It would certainly be a long ride though.

Those of Azerbaijan and Dagestan (the Caucasus) emigrated to the U.S., Europe and Israel, with several thousand remaining in the Caucasus; while those of Morocco's Atlas Mountains have emigrated to France, Israel and the U.S., with some remaining in Morocco, especially in Casablanca.
