Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) was a man. He married and had children. He was not a 'virgin'. It was Hazrat Maryam (Marry) who was a virgin.

Why does the Qur'an address the Virgin Mary as the sister of Aaron?
From a purely secular perspective, this is an indication that Muhammad was not well-educated on the stories from the Bible that he heard and when he composed the Qur'an, some of these errors crept into the Qur'an. In Arabic, Miriam, referring to Moses and Aaron's sister, and Mary, referring to the Virgin Mother of Jesus, are both Maryam (مريم). Muhammad did not realize that these two Maryams were two different people.
