No. Season 15 debuted on September 26th 2017. At the end of its 14th season, for the 2016-2017 TV season, it remains in the top 20 for the coveted 18-49 Demo, at number 16 & remains the top viewed drama on television at number 3. CBS has no reason to cancel NCIS, the only likely way the show will end would be if the stars decide they wanted to leave or the showrunners decided to end it.

No Idea. There is no news right now about the series NCIS ending. As of now, the Season 9 is in progress and hopefully Season 10 will premiere later this year in 2012. NCIS is one of USA's most popular TV Series and I don't think they would stop it this year or in the next few years.
