No, NGC-5882 is more luminous
Nick Jonas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think what the individual meant by the "hottest star" was NGC 2440 Nucleus. It is a white dwarf in our own solar system. While our sun is 6,000 degrees Celsius at the surface, NGC 2440 is over 200,000 degrees Celsius.

It will not, at least not on its own. NGC 6720 is not the sort of nebula that produces new stars; it is a planetary nebula formed from the gasses expelled from a dying star. At its center is a remnant called a white dwarf.
