Forrest Gump is not a real person. He was a fictional character in a movie of the same title, but he will always live on in the hearts and minds of many. Tom Hanks, the actor who won an Oscar for playing Forrest Gump, is still alive.
no he is still alive he is 13 years old!!
Nathan Hale has no famous relatives, or at least no one knows if there are any relatives that are still alive. The question and mystery stand unanswered.
These reports have been greatly exaggerated.
Eminem is currently fighting to gain custody of Nathan. Nathan is now 14(I think) and he wants to become a rapper.
Yes, there is a park there named for the alleged massacre of Black Union by Nathan Bedford Forrest's troops. Some still contend today that a massacre never happened. There should be little doubt that Union forces had, were, or were about to strike their colors. In warfare people die, some people die needlessly and some die through malice.
Bedford Forrest. He was a self-taught cavalry genius, who proved invincible in his territory, which was most of Tennessee. He is accused of slaughtering black prisoners (jury still out), and then starting the KKK. He was Grand Wizard of the Klan for a time, but supposedly forbade violent action. He had been denied promotion on account of his humble birth and irregular training. Confederate President Jefferson Davis confessed that the biggest mistake of his life was failing to promote Bedford Forrest.
