It depends on where you live and what you consider as "warm." if you live in the valley, as most Oregonians do, it is fairly descent for 9 months out of the year with upper 60-70's in early spring with warm summers. however, the Oregon coast is fairly cool all year round, and eastern Oregon fluctuates from freezing to intense heat.
