Orlando Florida is about 45 miles west of the Kennedy Space Center and the Canaveral Air Force Base. Depending on the weather conditions, a rocket might be glimpsed from Orlando but the space center is most likely out of sight. Additionally, the rockets will be traveling east, away from Orlando, to take maximum advantage of the Earth's rotation.
