Kip brand burn ointment is no longer being made. There is a good substitute on the market, though. WJ is a brand of burn ointment that is very similar to Kip and is manufactured by Water-Jel Technologies in Carlstadt, New Jersey.

In Australia there isn't a pre made formulation available, however, compounding pharmacies can make the ointment for you. Please remember this is a prescription medication. The price can vary, but expect to pay $60 for only 15grams. Alternatively, if you look online, there may be a commercially produced ointment available however this probably hasn't been approved by the TGA and hence isn't sold in pharmacies.

I've used it myself and am able to say that it greatly helped with my eczema!
