No, definitely not. PVA is only for kiddie things like a spaceship made out of cardboard, and even then it doesn't stick! Try going to Homebase and that will probably have what you are looking for.

∙ 11y agoYou would not use PVA when gluing outside if it was in wet or damp conditions. PVA glues can be used outside as long as it's not raining. Once the glue is cured it can be painted or varnished over and is then impervious to rain or normal wet conditions.
