Nintendo has not announced any plans for Pokemon: Grey version or any special third version for Pokemon: Black and White versions.
EDIT: Pokémon Grey does not exist. You have, however, Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 which are direct sequels of the two former games and they are for the Nintendo DS, even though they can be played on a 3DS (without the 3D effect) since it's backwards compatible with DS games.
Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, which are the 6th Generation of the main-series and will be in fully 3D, will be released worldwide on October 12th, 2013 (excluding some countries).
It is exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS.
