It depends. If Prince Charles is still alive when Queen Elizabeth dies than yes Prince William will be the heir apparent and he and Kate will be Prince and Princess of Wales. If however Charles dies before his mother William and Kate will be King and Queen of England when she dies.
Bollocks, If Charles dies before The Queen, Andrew becomes Her heir, and Edward Her spare, and Charles Kids, William is out in the cold. That's why the Queen also has an Heir and a spare(Andrew) -That is not correct. What I put originally is correct. Charles is first in line-then his sons William (and his soon to be born son or daughter) and Henry-then Andrew his daughters and then Edward and his son and daughter. If Charles were to die before the queen William would become first in line to the throne then his child(ren) then Harry Andrew Beatrice Eugenie Edward his son and then Edwards daughter Louise.
