Prune Juice has added sugars. Prune nectar does not.

Also, prune nectar tastes WAY worse. It's nasty.

But they both work the same, in a laxative sense.

The open source nature of the internet is a wonderful thing and you can learn a lot from it. Unfortunately, not from the above answer. All fruit juices are 100% juice, nectars and "fruit cocktails" contain sugar -- usually high fructose corn syrup. These terms come from FDA food packaging regulations.
