Based on my personally experience, RealtyTrac is a scam!!! They mislead you into paying for another service and charged you 49.95 per month hoping you never find out. It's a parasite in your credit card. Never never sign up RealtyTrac and you will have no regrets.
I also found other victims mentioning that their records in their database are not entirely true. Some are fraud!
Hi, to add on here, realtytrac is set up to charge your account past a 7-day free trial period. you have to call them on the phone to have membership removed from your credit card. Make yourself a BIG sticky note if that is what you want to do, otherwise they will convert you to regular membership. They appear to be an company trying to do honest business, but you must read the small print to see the requirements of the free trial.
