Robert Pattinson plays the role of the famous surrealist artist Salvador Dalí in the film "Little Ashes." The movie explores Dalí's life, particularly his relationships with poet Federico García Lorca and filmmaker Luis Buñuel during their time in university in Spain.
Take it from me a girl who knows about Salvador Dali (Little Ashes), and my favorite actor Robert Pattinson. The answer is yes. Dali was gay before he married his wife Gala. His lover before gala was a Spanish Poet named Federico Garcia Lorca. They had both attended the school of art in Madrid. Dali denies having sex with the Spaniard. In 1938 years after they had both left the University, Lorca had been captured, tortured, and murdered. Years later we are still talking about the death. His body is yet to be found. I think this movie is going to very complex and great for many Robert Pattinson fans and Salvador Dali fans.
