YES
Go to SCAD University
The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) has a highly rated interior design program. Visit: www.scad.edu/interior-design The University of South Carolina offers a major in interior design: www.sc.edu/career/la/art.html
SCAD doesn't have any graphic art requirements. It helps in the portfolio applications if you know how to design and it might also get you an artistic scholarship but each application isn't neglected if you didn't take any photoshop classes in high school.
Savannah college of art and design Minneapolis college of art and design School of visual arts they have "comic/sequential arts" major, but they include manga. SCAD has manga classes specifically too.

SCAD OSHA: SCAD, (Savannah College of Art and Design) is a private, international nonprofit university for the arts, is governed by the university's elected Board of Trustees, which serves as the supreme authority of the institution by establishing broad policies for the university, securing financial resources to adequately support the university's goals, and electing the president. OSHA, (The Occupational Safety & Health Administration) is a federal agency that has been misunderstood since it was created in 1970. OSHA's mission has always been the same: to make sure that the safety and health concerns of all American workers are being met. The agency has developed specific workplace standards and polices businesses. The SCAD OSHA combined term occurred when SCAD administration declared during some renovation of the university property, that all OSHA requirements must be met in the paint, varnish, and coating used.
I can't really say what specific courses you might take to be a clothing designer because it probably differs slightly depending on what design school you end up going to. A better way to phrase your question would be, "What school or schools should I attend to be a clothing designer?" And my answer to that would be SCAD. That is the Savannah College of Art and Design. I believe RISD, Rhode Island Scool of Design also has a program for fashion design. Those are the two biggest and best design schools in the country as far as I know. I went to SCAD myself, so I'm a little biased. But there are many design schools scattered across the country that can teach you what you will need to know.
SCAD was established in 1978 by Paula S. Wallace.
Yes. Scad is a legal Scrabble word.
Nearly anyone with a portfolio, a high school diploma, and access to enough funds, may attend SCAD as a freshman or transfer student. Although SCAD accepts so many, most do not show up for orientation for these notable factors. 1: The cost is very high! Nearly $10,000 per quarter. 2: Serious and or talented applicants via research discover that the Savannah College of Art and Design ( SCAD ) is in fact one of the worst learning institutions in America. 3: Has a very high drop out and or transfer rate. Nearly 55%. (Based on Student Reviews) 4: A combination of the factors 1, 2, and 3. Put simply; most of the people who will apply to SCAD are admitted because they are able to pay the exorbitant tuition. If you have the money and time, SCAD will be more than willing to take it.
