Yes. Georgia, Indiana and Arizona all boast of towns called Santa Claus.

According to the 2010 Census the population of Santa Claus, GA is 250. The average age of a Santa Clausian is 30. There are almost exactly the same amount of males as there are females. There are 66 families and 79 households. The average size of the household is 3.0, and 48.1% of the 79 households are of married couples, 32.9% are non-family households. The median income is $28,750 with an average income of $32,857 per family.

Santa Claus, IN is home to 2000 people and is the home of group of volunteers who call themselves Santa's Elves. They are responsible for replying back to the thousands of children each year whose letters flood the Santa Claus post office. They have been helping Santa with this task since 1914.

Santa Claus, AZ alas, has no population and has become, in a strange twist of fate, a ghost town, so to speak. It lies in an inhospitable desert area. It once had the hopes of many that it would become a popular and famous tourist attraction. It now contains only a few abandoned buildings.
