Is Sasuke or Naruto a better ninja?

well i would say sasuke, since he killed orochimaru without even trying that hard, and yet naruto tied with orochimaru when he had 4 tails. same goes with deidara. and now sasuke is getting itachi's eye, which makes him even more powerful. also, since his will is so powerful, he kinda has "fire" in his heart. he even once spared naruto's life instead of finishing him. and in the episode "high level shinobi", his chidori was tied with naruto's rasengan AFTER he had a huge, tiring battle with danzo. but obviously naruto wont die if he battles sasuke since the show is named after him, so he cant die in any situation. but overall, i would say sasuke is more powerful than naruto. but as a shinobi.. sasuke kinda betrayed konoha, so hes no really a ninja...
