yes sneaky tv does work and you pay only the one time fee. i bought it and have been using it for about a year. only problem is that the channels it offers can be found for free on the net. however it does put all the channels on 1 site so it does save you time from Surfing the net. you can get similar programs for free at beeline tv or freetube or American free tv or tvu networks. check out -- ov guide -- for lots of free movie and tv sites. i would give sneaky tv a 4 out of 10
