Oh yes of course, why not!
Snoopy didn't beat Lucy at arm wrestling because Snoopy is a dog in the "Peanuts" comic strip, and Lucy is a human character. In addition, Snoopy is depicted as a beagle, a breed not known for its physical strength compared to humans. The outcome was likely scripted to reflect these differences and add humor to the scene.
what you do is you go to where snoopy's dog house is and you click on lucy. then you give lucy the pen that you have and after charlie and lucy walk away, grab the football. you'll see snoopy standing on his dog house. you "use" the football and snoopy will get his hat back.
Snoopy by far... and then Charlie Brown... and then Linus... and the Sally... and then Lucy... and then the rest of them... and then the teachers/parents(i love their voices)
