Cloudstar to spottedleaf has missing generations, so its hard to say how exactly they are linked. it doesn't say exactly how but spottedleaf is tigerstar's aunt.

No, Spottedleaf and Tigerstar are not related. Spottedleaf was a medicine cat of ThunderClan, while Tigerstar was a leader of ShadowClan. They interacted in the Warriors book series, but they were not family.

In the last book of the 4 series of Warriors, Spottedleaf's spirit saves Sandstorm from being killed by Mapleshade. Firestar grieves as Spottedleaf fades, she can no longer live in StarClan. Instead of meeting her in StarClan, Firestar loses his last life (Tigerstar attacked him, Firestar killed Tigerstar's spirit but still died from the injuries) and has to wait for Sandstorm to accompany him someday.
