Yes, Stan Lee the co-creator or many marvel comics is infact in Marvel's The Incredible Hulk. Stan Lee played the man that died because he drank that drink in the beginning. This led to the govenment trying to hunt him down because they knew where he was.

∙ 12y agoIf you are referring to his appearances in Marvel movies, then in the older Hulk movie he walks through a door talking with Lou Ferrigno, who played the Hulk in the old TV show, as Bruce Banner walks into the building.
In the more recent one, the Incredible Hulk, he is the man who drinks the juice from the bottling plant that Banner was working at. And if you want to know, Lou Ferrigno was the security guard that let Banner through after he was given a Pizza.
