Kissing vagina according to Islam is halal or not?

There is no open reference in Islam for licking of vagina of wife with tongue. but i wanted to say if it is medicaly not good and have problems and desieses then i must say ISLAM wont allows it..its a very simple thing if you are not able to find strong reference in Islamic books . Then try to transprate into by medicaly, if medicaly it has no problem then you can do it without any hesitation.

As per as sucking is concern then i must there is no problem in sucking if wife is agree to do.

I have not read and heard this..but i must say it will be strongly prohibited in ISLAM.

Yes, you can but anal sex is completely prohibited and sex during women period is not allowed and prohibited because it is thought to transmit dangerous diseases.
