What is the best place to fly to go to Kingston Ontario?

I would fly to Toronto or Ottawa. Toronto airport is big. I have flew out of it twice and enjoyed it both times. I didn't even know I was flying. The only thing with this is that you are still three hours away so you would have to rent a car. I drove to Toronto and stayed at the hotel the night before. Pay and fly was cheaper. when I flew home (Toronto to Kingston) one time the plane was very small. It only held 16 people. We could feel a lot of turbulent and because the plane was full with people they couldn't take all of the luggage on the plane (one of them being mine) It comes a later flight. They can not tell you when because it depends on the people. (more people = more weight) I was lucky I was coming home so I didn't need my clothes they did come that day late at night) but I have read stories in the local paper the people are coming here and their luggage doesn't make it for a couple of days . Now I just drive to Toronto No flying out of Kingston for me!!!!!!
