The best place to look for tv bargains would be here: http://www.123bargains.com/deals/electronics/lcd-tv.aspx As for other places, I am not sure. A garage sale, a pawn shop and maybe a Goodwill or something like that.
Tillys is a good place.
Sugoi has their own online store. This would be the best place to get the latest fashions of Sugoi clothing and probably some great bargains and discounts.

Buying from a reputable memorabilia dealer is good but you will pay a higher price for the guarantee of an authentic signature. If you have any problems the dealer could be contacted and will make good for thesignature. eBay is a good place to shop for bargains but be careful not to buy signatures that are not properly authenticated. Auction houses that specialize in sports memorabilia are very good, you could find a good deal, and could rest knowing that the signature is authenticated.
