Although the temperatures in both states have the about the same range, Texas has an additional heat effect due to the high levels of humidity. When compared on long term temperature averages, using number of days above 99 degrees, Phoenix, AZ has 107 days compared to Houston, TX, which has 4. Both states have a variety of landscapes and mountain areas, so there is quite a variance in how you can compare them.
It depends on WHERE in Texas. It is such a large state that it can be freezing sleet and snow in Amarillo, and 100 degrees in Brownsville at the same time.
No
it is hotter in Texas than in Montana because we live in the tropical maritime and Montana lives in the cold places by mountains no mountains in Texas.
Florida is hotter than Tx.
yes
Arizona is tremendously hotter than Alaska.
Alaska has no major true desert areas but if it did, they would be much colder than Arizona.
Mississippi is very much so hotter than Texas, or "feels hotter" because of the humidity. Both states reach high temperatures, but it's Mississippi's humidity that really kills you
Is Texas east or west of Arizona?Texas is east of Arizona.
It's generally hotter in Arizona, but because of the high humidity, it's more miserable in Houston.
Florida is hot enough in the summer time. But Arizona I imagine is a lot worse. I saw people on TV one time in Arizona, getting in water and even they had their pets in water and playing in it because they couldn't stand the hot weather. It was 106 degrees I saw on youtube one time. So no Florida is not hotter then Arizona.
Summer!
