Since God and Jesus have supernatural powers, and since science doesn't support supernatural powers or religion and faith, people would always say The Bible isn't scientifically accurate - The Bible is just a recording what Jesus taught us, but The Bible is accurate with faith and religion. The Bible isn't scientifically accurate only because science is the practice of fact and leaves out all traces of faith and religion, so this whole statement is a response to someone who says that The Bible isn't scientifically accurate.
Not sure what you mean by "scientifically funny", but a joke can be both scientific, i.e. about some science topic (and perhaps even scientifically accurate), and funny.
